Description:
The SEID Instruments Pro – wound spreader (Facial flap dissectors) are used to separate severed tissue. This allows the surgical field to be kept open and allows access to deeper lying areas. Due to their different locking mechanisms, wound retractors do not require manual support (e.g., by a surgical assistant); they are self-retaining. However, it is important to note that tissue damage may occur during use due to the pressure exerted by the instrument.
