Your Responsibilities:
Manufacturing surgical instruments: grinding, polishing, brushing, matting, sharpening, bending
Assembly and precision assembly work
Quality control and visual inspections
What You Should Bring to the Table:
Manual dexterity
Attention to detail and precision
Motivation to learn new things
Previous experience with metal, machinery, or precision work is a plus, but not required
